Colette is a freelance tourism consultant and educator with over 25 years of experience in the design, delivery and management of tourism training and development programmes. Her career began with leading Irish tour operator, JWT in sales and marketing before moving into education and training.

A Steering Group member of Tour Guides NI, Colette developed the current OCN NI accredited qualifications for tour guides which are now widely delivered throughout Northern Ireland. She has trained tour guides for most leading NI tourism providers. Colette is also an External Verifier with OCN NI and a consultant with Cardiff and Vale College working on their cultural heritage and technical theatre programmes.

Recently Colette has been working closely with the Armstrong Storytelling Trust and Storytellers of Ireland, developing and delivering storytelling qualifications to promote the art of storytelling in across Northern Ireland and border counties.

A QUB graduate, Colette also holds the CIM Diploma in Marketing.  In her free time, Colette delivers Northern Ireland tours for her established clients.
