Caroline is the owner of McComb’s Coach Travel.

After working in hospitality from the age of 13, and then studying Travel & Tourism at the Northern Ireland Hotel and Catering College, Caroline moved into the Transport sector of Tourism in 2002. Caroline owns and operates McComb’s Coach Travel with a team of 20, offering luxury coach travel all over Ireland, with a daily Tour Program focusing mainly on the Causeway Coastal Route, but also into RoI.  

In 2004 she became a fellow of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust, researching travelling to Australia and New Zealand to research Youth Tourism, and how we can learn from their booming industry.  In 2018 Caroline joined the board of Bus & Coach NI, later becoming Chair.  She greatly enjoy providing several guest lectures each year at Ulster University, and feels strongly that we should all invest some of our time into helping the next generation of Tourism professionals, so that they can continue the huge growth that tourism in Northern Ireland has seen in recent years.

Tourism has been Caroline’s passion since she was in school, and she still enjoy the daily operations of McComb’s and meeting their clients directly just as much as her strategic role.
